After starting her career as a professional makeup artist and day spa owner, she went on to grow and lead sales for top beauty brands, successfully scaling companies including Napoleon Perdis, HydroPeptide, and La Bella Donna.

She later co-founded BRAND [UNCOVER], a concierge platform that connects emerging beauty and wellness brands with top-tier buyers across spa, retail, and lifestyle channels. Gina also leads Revenue of Inspiration, a consulting firm that empowers spa professionals and brand founders through strategic sales training, distribution planning, and business development. Her passion for clean beauty and sharp business acumen continue to elevate professionals across the industry.

Fun fact: Gina’s love for old school rap is only rivaled by her love for her three adorable fur babies—Evelyn, Ali, and Bob.

Lynne Hite brings over 25 years of leadership in the spa and wellness industry, with a journey that began in Hawaii and has spanned boutique retreats to luxury destinations. She has worked with premier hospitality brands including Four Seasons and Hyatt, where she honed her expertise in building financially thriving businesses, implementing strong operational systems, and navigating the ever-evolving demands of the wellness space. Most recently, Lynne has expanded her impact to the brand side, where she now serves as a Sales Consultant for European Spa Source.

Passionate about the transformative power of spas, Lynne co-founded The SoCal Spa Wellness Collective to unite like-minded professionals, share knowledge, and elevate the industry.

Fun fact: Lynne can often be found exploring nature, getting lost in a local bookstore, or experimenting in the kitchen. Travel is her favorite way to recharge.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kate Morrison is a recognized leader in the luxury hospitality, spa, and wellness sector. She excels at crafting elevated guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and championing innovation. Her career at the Ojai Valley Inn is highlighted by a prestigious Forbes Five-Star rating and the implementation of resort-wide sustainability initiatives recognized by ISPA, Audubon International, and Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Kate is a committed mentor who actively nurtures the next generation of spa leaders. She is on the Board of Directors for GSN Planet and participates in conference panels and podcast interviews to share her expertise on growth, sustainability, and leadership.

Fun fact: Kate lives in Ojai, Ca with her husband, two kids and a dog. When they are able to escape their busy schedules, they can often be found in their RPOD camper at the beach.

Throughout her career, Erica has collaborated closely with spa consultants, designers, owners, directors, and distributors to deliver best-in-class spa and wellness equipment solutions.

Known for her collaborative approach, Erica partners with clients and strategic partners to ensure every solution is thoughtfully tailored to meet each project’s unique needs. She is deeply passionate about elevating the spa experience through equipment that seamlessly blends luxury, functionality, and cutting-edge technology - helping create spaces that inspire both practitioners and guests alike.

Fun fact: Erica plans her life around her sun, moon, and rising signs—and the movements of the planets.

Caitlin Romero is a strategic and relationship-focused sales leader with a strong background in business development, brand growth, and operations. At YA-MAN, the creator of Asia’s leading at-home beauty devices, she led the charge in building out the U.S. market—opening key accounts, driving training initiatives, and overseeing international growth efforts. 

With a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management—and a lifelong passion for beauty inspired by her esthetician mother—Caitlin brings energy, insight, and a global perspective to the team.

Taylin Kellingsworth brings a strong background in operations, coordination, and client-centered care to the wellness space. With experience in behavioral health and ongoing studies in psychology, she has developed a deep understanding of human connection and the systems that support meaningful growth.

She has overseen day-to-day operations within a mental health and recovery setting, where she played a key role in supporting teams, maintaining structure, and ensuring a high standard of care. Passionate about connection and community, Taylin supports SSWC in curating experiences that bring industry leaders together to share knowledge, build relationships, and elevate the wellness space.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Toyia Bouldin is a distinguished Spa Director and Business Consultant known for driving operational excellence in high-touch wellness environments. Her coast-to-coast leadership spans Florida, New York, D.C., and Los Angeles, where she has spent over a decade refining spa management and consultancy. Grounded in her philosophy of “Trust as a KPI,” Toyia is especially proud of her legacy as a career architect, having recruited and mentored more than 65 estheticians into thriving, sustainable careers.

A licensed Holistic Esthetician, Toyia blends clinical efficacy with restorative modalities such as sound therapy, digital detox protocols, and Facial Bar concepts. She has partnered with leading global brands including Eminence, Jurlique, Naturopathica, Face Reality, Dr. Loretta, and Jane Iredale. Currently leading operations in the Beverly Hills/Fairfax district, she continues to champion the human touch by integrating science-backed treatments with an intuitive, holistic approach.

Fun Fact: When she isn’t transforming the wellness landscape, Toyia is soaring above it. As a student pilot and aviation philanthropist, she actively raises awareness for women in aviation, helping others reach new heights both on the ground and in the sky.
